Product Description of 20ft 40ft Container Anaerobic Fermentation Equipment

1. Parameters:

1 tons food waste per day.

Biogas production: 80m3/day

High constant T digestion 35℃～40℃，Biogas production rate: 2-3m3gas /m3digester

The biogas system will be composed of 1 of 40ft container digester(fermentation capacity 32m3).

The Container Anaerobic Treatment Digester is composed of a stainless steel anaerobic reactor

and a 20ft container. The  anaerobic reactor is constructed of double layer of 304

stainless steel plates with 5cm thick foam insulation layer installed between, and it has a heat

exchanger, a temperature controlling device，a PH sensor, and a circulating pump installed. The

volume of a single anaerobic reactor is 32m3.
